Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. Promotion PeriodBegins Tuesday, October 13, 2026 and ends Friday, October 16, 2026 at 5:00 PM Central Time. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
3. EligibilityOpen to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Not open to Roby Realty agents, the Broker Owner, the Operations Manager, or members of their immediate families or households. The winner is selected at random on camera during the live drawing.
4. How to EnterComplete the newsletter signup form at www.robyrealty.net, follow Roby Realty on Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram using the links on the form, and check all four required boxes. Sponsor may verify the winner's follows before awarding the prize. Limit one entry per person and per email address. Duplicate, automated, or incomplete entries are void.
5. Free Alternate EntryTo enter without subscribing to the newsletter or following any social media page, email kori@robyrealty.net with the subject line "Giveaway Entry" and include your full name, mobile phone number, and city. Must be received before the Promotion Period ends. Alternate entries have the same chance of winning.
6. PrizeOne winner will be selected and receives both tickets (2 total) to the Kevin Gates concert at Brandon Amphitheater, Brandon, MS, on Saturday, October 17, 2026 at 8:00 PM. Approximate retail value: more than $200.00. Prize includes tickets only. Transportation, parking, food, lodging, and all other costs are the winner's responsibility. No cash or prize substitution, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Prize may not be resold.
7. DrawingOne winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries during a live drawing on the Roby Realty Facebook page on Friday, October 16, 2026 at 6:00 PM CT. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Follow Roby Realty on Facebook to watch the drawing live. You do not need to be watching live to win.
8. Notification and ClaimThe winner will be announced live and notified by phone and email using the information provided at entry. The winner must respond within 12 hours of notification. If the winner does not respond, is ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner will be drawn.
9. Ticket DeliveryTickets will be transferred digitally through the Ticketmaster app to the email address or mobile number the winner provides. The winner must accept the transfer and may need a free Ticketmaster account. Sponsor is not responsible for transfers that fail due to incorrect contact information, or for tickets not accepted before the event.
10. Event ChangesSponsor is not responsible if the event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, relocated, or changed in any way. Any refund or credit issued by the promoter or Ticketmaster will be handled according to their policies. The winner must follow all venue rules, age requirements, and ticket terms.
11. TaxesThe winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.
12. PublicityExcept where prohibited, the winner agrees that Sponsor may use their first name, city, and likeness from the live drawing in Roby Realty promotional content without further payment.
13. ReleaseBy entering, participants release Roby Realty LLC, its broker, agents, and staff from any liability, loss, or injury arising from participation in this promotion or acceptance or use of the prize, including attendance at the event.
14. No Real Estate ObligationEntry and winning are not conditioned on buying, selling, leasing, listing, or using any real estate service. Participants have no obligation to work with Roby Realty. This promotion is not an inducement tied to any real estate transaction. Roby Realty complies with the Mississippi Real Estate Commission license law and rules and with fair housing laws. All eligible entrants receive an equal chance to win regardless of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin.
15. Privacy and EmailSponsor collects the name, email, and mobile number of every entrant from launch through the close of the Promotion Period. This information is used to administer this promotion, send the Roby Realty monthly newsletter, and share Roby Realty updates. Text messages are sent only to entrants who check the optional text consent box. Roby Realty does not sell your information. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and you may unsubscribe at any time.
16. General ConditionsSponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and may cancel or modify the promotion if fraud or technical failure affects its fairness. Sponsor's decisions are final. These rules are governed by Mississippi law.
17. Third PartiesThis promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Ticketmaster, Live Nation, Brandon Amphitheater, or the performing artist. Participants release those parties from all liability.
18. Winner NameFor the winner's first name and city, send a request to kori@robyrealty.net within 30 days after the drawing.
